Terms & Conditions – Your Perfect Mate

The applicant agrees to be legally bound to the following terms and conditions when they use the services of Your Perfect Mate Ltd:

To abide by the terms and conditions and spirit of the organisation and its aims and objectives
To provide accurate personal and identification information and not to mislead or abuse the system in any way whatsoever
The member gives his/her consent to allow their profile with photos and video to be disclosed to your Perfect Mate staff to enable suitable matches to be made.
The member gives his/her consent for your Perfect Mate staff to use their discretion and disclose the full profile of the member with video and photographs to any suitable matches they may think appropriate.
To treat the members and staff of your Perfect Mate with respect
To fill in all the feedback forms and return appropriately as requested
To agree to pay the amounts requested by Your Perfect Mate for the various stages promptly as requested but in any event at least one week before any event they are wishing to attend
To agree to accept and pay for any meeting if they have made a request and the other member has accepted and paid
Once payment has been made for any event it is non refundable and forms an irrevocable contract to attend the event. If there are exceptional circumstances these must be informed to the Directors in writing by email but in any event at least 48 hours before the event and any decision to refund or not to refund is at the complete discretion of the Directors
Any cancellations at short notice must have good reasons or the Directors have the discretion to exclude the membership of the person cancelling or impose any sanctions that they may deem fit
To agree to notify your Perfect Mate immediately it has been agreed that the member wishes to marry
To be legally bound to pay Your Perfect Mate the minimum gratis sum of £250 per member ( although more can be given to enable the organisation to carry on its good work!) within 14 days from the date when the intention to marriage has taken place.
To agree not to contact individual members directly without the consent of your Perfect Mate and to keep the staff notified of the progress of any match accurately. If any members are later found to have contracted a marriage without informing your Perfect Mate, they agree to be legally bound to pay your Perfect Mate the sum of £500 each for the extra administration and effort involved plus any legal costs which may become required to recover the amount
The gifts your Perfect Mate provides to the members who decide to marry is in the discretion of the Directors and may be different to those advertised. The offers made may be subject to specific conditions and may change from time to time
Members will be informed of any meeting fees and /or membership fees in advance and the Directors reserve the right to waive or vary the amounts at their discretion
No refunds are available
Any complaints must be made in the appropriate manner by email as indicated by the website. Any decision is at the discretion of the Directors and is final.
The Management reserves the right to refuse to accept/cancel/suspend any persons application at their sole discretion
If any false or misleading information has been supplied it is within the discretion of your Perfect Mate management and the Directors who will investigate the matter and, if proven, may decide to Name and Shame the individual on the website. This decision will not be made lightly and will be justified and transparent. If any such decision is made this will be notified to the member by email before any individual is Named and Shamed.
The decision of the Directors of your Perfect Mate is in their discretion and final.
Your Perfect Mate reserves the right in such a situation to be able to disclose the application with photo and videos on the website
The member gives his/her irrevocable consent for their information in full including the photo and video to be disclosed on the website in the manner stated should such a decision be made by your Perfect Mate Directors.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

Although your Perfect Mate makes its best efforts to ensure the safety of its members to achieve the goal of meeting the ‘right’ person, they cannot be responsible for matters which are outside their control such as:

The character of any individual member
The accuracy of any information provided although every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the members abide by the strict code of conduct and compliance otherwise sanctions will be applied
Your Perfect Mate cannot accept responsibility for any matches which lead to marriage and subsequently end in any break up, separation or divorce

Although every effort is made to ensure confidentiality, your Perfect Mate cannot accept responsibility for any member who has been given the confidential information due to a match from leaking any information to third parties although if reported this matter will be dealt with very strictly and could lead to the member being excluded and/or being Named and Shamed on the website.
Your Perfect Mate assumes no responsibilities for the outcomes of any meetings which take place
Your Perfect Mate does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of any advertisers who may be linked to the website

Privacy Policy

Any of the information we collect from you may be used for many matters which will be to strive to achieve the matches, to improve our website or customer service

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Refund Policy

No refunds are available unless the Directors decide otherwise and the decision of the Directors is final and at their complete discretion
